Refund Policy

The DC Addiction Treatment & Recovery Coalition (ATRC) is a nonprofit organization that may accept donations, event registrations, or training fees.
 

Donations

Donations made to ATRC are generally considered non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review the request.
 

Event Registrations or Training Fees

If ATRC hosts events, workshops, or trainings that require registration:

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.

• Refunds may be issued at the discretion of ATRC depending on administrative costs already incurred.
   

Event Cancellations

If ATRC cancels an event or training, participants will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• Credit toward a future event.
